Backyard Birds Photo competition

This is your opportunity to share your images on our ENVIS Website!!

You’ve no doubt marveled at professional photographers’ pictures on the internet, but we know that you are a talented bunch with some astonishing photos and we would love to see them.

BNHS ENVIS Centre invite photographers to show off their best images made close to home: in their backyards, public or private gardens, or nearby parks in positive interaction with mankind.

The contest aims to encourage and disseminate knowledge about birds, while at the same time inspiring creativity in the art of photography. To these ends, its focus is on photography that is ethical, grounded in the utmost respect for the conservation of birds, and without unnecessary digital manipulation.

Email your photograph(s) to bnhs@envis@nic.in, bnhsenv@gmail.com with your full name.

The competition closes 4th June 2016, 11:59:00 p.m.

The competition is free and open to everyone.

All entries not respecting the theme or the technical/authorship requirements will be systematically ruled out.

Minor digital manipulations will be accepted.
