National Biodiversity Congress (NBC) is one of the important biodiversity mega events of India being conducted as a biennial event. The first NBC 2012 was hosted by Kerala State Biodiversity Board (KSBB) under the auspices of Ministry of Environment and Forests and National Biodiversity Authority with the involvement and cooperation of all State Biodiversity Boards and other organizations involved in conservation and promotion of biodiversity in the country.
The NBC 2015 will be conducted at Kanakakkunnu Palace, Thiruvananthapuram from 24th February to 2nd March, 2015
